★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have come here several times to buy Coffee capsule and check out the new cups collection but the Service during this Covid time is quite poor and dissapointing, while we were queuing without asking, the promoter just directed us to the counter. We were quite puzzled and the sales person at the cashier did not do well in promoting the new products. But, the people at the Coffee bar is quite warm but they should know when to offer your customer Coffee, not Proper to offer while queuing. I hope they will do better in my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I traveled all the way to Milan, bought a bunch of capsules and a new machine. Was told to wait 1hr in order to collect my order because of the personalized gift set. As I returned to back to my Home country, busy unpacking my packages, i realized that the machine was never packed in, only the 3 bags full of coffee capsules!! I did not checked my packages as of all things were packed in because it's the Boutique Store and everything should be taken care of. Customer care please get in contact with me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed several boxes of Nespresso pods. They offer you a nice cup of coffee before guiding you to the actual shop, which I think is a very nice gesture. Staff was professional and knowledgeable, they answered my questions in English.
Highly recommend to visit here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant branch of Nespresso. They offer you free coffee prior to your purchase. But very slow service and not very organized. Disappointed when my turn came, I had to wait again since no update be to guide you or assist you in the basement floor. Service can be improved
