★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto 2 tamponi nasali e mi screditandoli mi hanno venduto 2 salivari da 15 euro al pezzo dicendo che fossero affidabili, con toni arroganti oltretutto. 2 su 2 non mi hanno dato il risultato e sono tornata in farmacia col tampone fatto senza risultato e sono stata guardata male e presa per un incapace e non mi hanno saputo comunque spiegare come si facesse. Comunque ho buttato via 30 euro. Incapaci e scortesi.
I asked for 2 nasal swabs and, discrediting me, they sold me 2 salivaries for 15 euros a piece, saying they were reliable, with arrogant tones too. 2 out of 2 did not give me the result and I went back to the pharmacy with the swab done without result and I was looked at badly and taken for an incompetent and they still did not know how to explain how it was done. However, I threw away 30 euros. Clueless and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist here is a racist! I’m an Asian girl and I work in this area. I bought one of theirs product this afternoon. And after the day work I came back to buy a shampoo. when the man served me, he saw the sanitary pad that i bought before and asked me if this is theirs. I didn’t understand at the first time, and I said yes! But he repeated that question again and again, and I suddenly understood that he was meaning if I stole it. I felt so weird and I said I bought that this afternoon. But he still keeps ask me “ it’s that mine?!” Until I showed him the receipt ( luckily I didn’t throw it away!) I feel offended badly! I wonder if he could ask an occidental in the same situation.... disgusting behavior anyway.
