★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milano è una città fredda, le farmacie sono tutte uguali, la gente è di corsa... ma le signore Liberatore no. Non mi è mai capitato di dimenticare un tesserino sanitario in una farmacia e di ricevere una telefonata che mi informava, ma non solo... si sono offerte a portarmelo loro stesse. Di solito si entra in una farmacia per prendere dei medicinali, io entro in questa farmacia perché trovo tutto, trovo anche tanta gentilezza e professionalità, trovo efficienza. A Milano esiste anche questo, complimenti.
 Milan is a cold city, the pharmacies are all the same, people are in a hurry ... but the Liberatore ladies are not. It has never happened to me to forget a health card in a pharmacy and to receive a phone call informing me, but not only that ... they offered to bring it to me themselves. Usually you go into a pharmacy to get some medicines, I go into this pharmacy because I find everything, I also find a lot of kindness and professionalism, I find efficiency. In Milan this also exists, congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacia è a pochi passi dal Duomo, in una posizione molto facile da raggiungere.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile, e sono ben forniti anche per quanto riguarda la scelta dei prodotti, pronti anche a consigliare alternative o eventualmente a procurare quelli di cui non hanno disponibilità al momento.
Il servizio dei tamponi rapidi personalmente l’ho trovato ottimo e lo consiglio vivamente.
Si prenota telefonicamente e la dottoressa che li esegue è competente ma sopratutto incline ad ascoltare qualsiasi bisogno ulteriore della persona per rassicurarla.
Un servizio proprio completo ed è diventata ormai farmacia di fiducia!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are also well supplied with regard to the choice of products, also ready to recommend alternatives or possibly to procure those that are not available at the moment.
I personally found the quick swab service excellent and I highly recommend it.
You book by phone and the doctor who performs them is competent but above all inclined to listen to any further need of the person to reassure him.
A complete service of its own and has now become a trusted pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cruel and traumatic experience. Don't do here an antigen test by the black-haired woman. She pushes the stick so deep in your nose that it causes severe pain. Other customer were also treated very roughly. It even made a woman cry. If that's not enough, the woman was even laughed at by her. Seems like she is having fun hurting other people. The pure horror. The pharmacy should pay more attention to who they hire. In addition, I had to wait an entire hour before I received the test certificate. Honestly worse than in a horror movie..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this pharmacy 4 times for their antigen covid tests in order to travel and have always had a good experience. It can be hard to find a place to take a test and this one is in the city center and operates from the desk at the entrance of the pharmacy. I have always gotten my results within 30 min of arriving and found the staff friendly and cautious to make the "brain swab" as painless as possible :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here couldn't be nicer. They helped us in a moment of desperation trying to find a covid test and were so beyond helpful. My mother and I are healthcare workers in the US- these tests were done CORRECTLY and NOT aggressively as people state. They are quick. Got the results within 20 minutes both a printed and stamped copy for the US, as well as an email green pass that made our lives much easier in Milan.
