★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi presento per fare il tampone Covid senza prenotazione, dato che avevo telefonato e mi avevano confermato che li facevano senza prenotazione. Fuori ci sono 2 gradi, io sono in gravidanza e chiedo alla - se così posso chiamarla - dottoressa di saltare la fila data la mia condizione e il freddo allucinante. Mi risponde che devo fare la fila come tutti gli altri, le spiego che non posso prendere freddo, allora ottengo di aspettare in piedi all’interno della farmacia, almeno sto al caldo. Fortunatamente davanti a me c’erano solo 5 persone…Che dire? Nonostante questa farmacia sia dietro il mio ufficio non mi vedranno MAI più.
I show up to do the Covid swab without a reservation, as I had phoned and they had confirmed that they did them without a reservation. It is 2 degrees outside, I am pregnant and I ask the doctor - if I can call her that - to skip the line given my condition and the terrifying cold. She replies that I have to queue like everyone else, I explain that I can't get cold, so I get to wait standing inside the pharmacy, at least I'm warm. Fortunately, there were only 5 people in front of me ... What can I say? Although this pharmacy is behind my office they will NEVER see me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for PCR test that accepted in airport, the pharmacist Maria told me yes we do the one accepted everywhere (with full confidence)
Then when I went to airport they told me this one is not accepted.
I had to book another flight and do express test at the same time in the airport which is very expensive.
Very disappointed for this non professional act from pharmacist, shame that she care only for money!
