Tra loro, il dottor Augusto, non finisce mai di stupirmi per la sua pazienza ,generosità e umanità. Un grazie di cuore ? E se provi a farlo notare, ti guardano male e ti rispondono in modo sgarbato e senza nemmeno scusarsi. Ho visto trattare male un anziano che non sentiva bene, sbuffare coi clienti o prenderli in giro e ridere se (secondo loro) stavano seguendo una cura sbagliata, attirando l’attenzione di tutti. Zero privacy, zero pazienza e zero umanitá. In più la farmacia non è per niente fornita, bisogna sempre prenotare i farmaci e passare una seconda volta per ritirarli. Le altre farmacie nei dintorni sono nettamente superiori per cortesia, professionalità e servizio. Sconsiglio! The pharmacists who work there are always rude and annoyed. Zero privacy, zero patience and zero humanity. In addition, the pharmacy is not supplied at all, you must always book the drugs and go a second time to collect them. The other nearby pharmacies are clearly superior in courtesy, professionalism and service. I do not recommend!

Ho ordinato dei farmaci che non riuscivo a reperire recandomi personalmente presso altre Farmacie, loro invece, dopo una semplice telefonata hanno evaso il mio ordine dopo nenche 2 ore tramite un sms che mi avvisava che la merce era disponibile. Servizio Eccellente. Consigliatissima. Staff available and above all very qualified.
