★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. We entered the shop and no one was offering their help. They didnt really want to notice us, just focused on their Italian customers. We then had a young girl to help us. Anyway, she was not really motivated to help us find shoes. We had to ask for every single shoe if they were available in my size, mostly they were not. We then asked for her to bring us the shoe and again, we had to ask to bring the second one, too. Worst customer service we ever experienced. When we left the shop, we were still friendly and said "buenos dias", we were again ignored, even though we bought some shoes as it was urgent. If you want a friendly staff - I highly recommend not to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this shop our bag was stolen today day. They don’t have any cameras even though they told us the robbery happen many times a day in their shop. They are collaborating with criminal group. Police has been already inform about robbery. Please watch out!!! These people are nothing more but thieves!!!
