β β β β β Voto 9,5 : Esperienza di acquisto unica grazie al personale e soprattutto grazie ad Ylenia e Valentina che con tanta gentilezza mi hanno accompagnato ad un acquisto di un capo desiderato. Dotati di strumenti tecnologici ( ο£Ώ Apple) mi hanno fatto sottoscrivere fidelity card in modo veloce e piacevole e mi hanno anche regalato un welcome gift ? .... Inoltre hanno evidenziato che stavo acquistando un capo in sconto dichiarando il prezzo originale e quello finale. Ma la cosa che piΓΉ mi ha colpito che con i loro sorrisi mi hanno entusiasmato in questa mia esperienza. Complimenti ? Consigliatissimo

Equipped with technological tools (ο£Ώ Apple) they made me subscribe to the fidelity card in a fast and pleasant way and they also gave me a welcome gift ? .... They also highlighted that I was buying a garment at a discount by declaring the original and the final price. β β β β β Per quanto mi riguarda, non lo consiglio! Prima al telefono mi dicono di recarmi lΓ in quanto mi avrebbero fornito gratuitamente una zip non perchΓ© non funzionante o rotta bensΓ¬ per coprire un buco fattomi da un fumatore distratto, poi arrivo in negozio e mi dicono che non possono darmela in quanto la mia non Γ¨ rotta e per darmene una devono togliere la mia e sostituirla... non capisco, l'unica cosa che ho capito Γ¨ aver buttato via delle ore di permesso per poi non concludere nulla!!!
Negozio oltretutto disordinato
As for me, I don't recommend it! First on the phone they tell me to go there as they would have given me a zip for free not because it is not working or broken but to cover a hole made by a distracted smoker, then I arrive in the shop and they tell me that they cannot give it to me as mine is not broken and to give me one they have to remove mine and replace it ... I don't understand, the only thing I understand is having thrown away the hours of leave and then not concluding anything !!!
In addition, the shop is messy

Excellent store very well stocked and with many offers. I got my wife this jacket for half the price and it's not even an off-season piece. Excellent courtesy and helpfulness of the shop assistants. 5 stars you deserve

Soprattutto la commessa straniera bionda con i capelli a caschetto: saccente, scortese e per nulla affabile. Credo che sia la responsabile del negozio, se Γ¨ lei che deve dare esempio ai dipendenti siamo messi molto male!!!!!!
Molto meglio Scalo Farini che nonostante sia outlet tratta i clienti molto ma molto meglio della boutique.
Peccato per il brand che mette passione e ci tiene alla soddisfazione del cliente!
Bad staff, uneducated and inexperienced.
Especially the blonde foreign saleswoman with bobbed hair: pedantic, rude and not at all friendly. I think she is the manager of the shop, if she is the one who has to give an example to the employees we are in very bad shape !!!!!!
Much better Scalo Farini which despite being an outlet treats customers much, much better than the boutique.
Too bad for the brand that puts passion and cares about customer satisfaction!

Prodotto top, che fa parte del mio armadio, inverno, primavera....
Mi segue sempre Francesca negli acquisti, bravissima,. Anche tutto lo Staff segue il cliente professionalmente.
