β β β β β This store is nothing less than legendary. It is a must visit, if you come to Milan. The basement is very extravagant and exciting to explore. Ended up spending an hour in here. Helpful and friendly staff, who are there to fullfill your needs and requests.

β β β β β Had a wonderful experience shopping at Prada yesterday! Mattia was so kind and enthusiastic - this is one of the most personable shopping experiences we have ever had. He was patient and answered all of our questions; his suggestions were thoughtful and appreciated. He even took many photos for us around the beautiful store afterwords. Thank you, we will be back!!

β β β β β The best Prada store that I have ever seen. They are on two floors. They basically have anything that you need. So much variety and the experience was very good. The staff was helpful. The bottom floor feels endless.
