β β β β β Service is not good as expected. Sales staff were just standing there and chatting, not like in stores in other cities where saleswoman are willing to serve and very good at to refer models per your requirements.
If this is positioned as a flagship store for Max Mara in Milano, it does not suit for its label.

β β β β β Very bad experienceοΌThe Chinese salesperson with the black long hair is arrongante and poor attitude. I think she is bad Ideologically. She give to me the wrong size and serves! I suspect she was deliberate. I pay 5,000 for fur and I called them 3 times for change size. They don't have attitudeοΌjust tell me if you want changeοΌ take fur go store change itοΌ

β β β β β My wife's purse has been stolen in their 3rd floor. Noone else was in there except for a few their personnel. They claimed they have no surveillance system. I seriously doubt that the personnel has taken it. They showed absolutely no interest to help and even pretended their English was not enough to answer. In fact they were very rude too. I heard a lot of stories about pickpockets and thieves in Italy. I never thought that a store in the heart of the town would react like this. Italy you have a well deserved reputation. We travel a lot and we have never felt so insecure like this anywhere else.

β β β β β I went because I wanted to check bridal gowns. Their selection is OK and there are some designs that are simple yet sleek. I wasn't super enthusiastic about the person who helped me with the process, though. Due to an earlier customer being late, it took me 45 minutes before trying out the dresses. Also, the person who helped me kept repeating how I should wait until June before trying dresses because there's a new collection coming out (and how the dresses she'd picked were too small even though I'd told her that I was in-between sizes as I was dieting). The overall experience was a bit frustrating but the dresses were alright

β β β β β Staff are great. They acknowledge your presence discreetly and let you shop in peace until you look like you want or need assistance. They were helpful and not pushiest in the slightest. Smooth transaction from start to finish.
Store is over many layers and the layout is confusing. Signage wouldnβt go astray, but it probably makes sense to the local customers.

β β β β β Some staff members , like the one I encountered is very friendly and polite. I dont know her name ... All I know is that she is from Moldova. The other staff members are arrogant. When I waited in the queue to make the payment, a tall (over 168 cm) , ? female staff bumped against my travel bag which i was carrying on my shoulder when passing me by from behind. I dont know the name of this staff, otherwise, I would make a complain.
