Extremely rude and pushy shop assistant dared to shout that she knows better what my size is and was physically pushing my shoulders
I have written to a brand customer care and never got a reply.
Positive point is that I have discovered lots of other brands since stopped being so loyal to Max and Co

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in this store was a total disaster! I repeatedly asked for a different size but received the wrong one. Now they refuse to get in touch with us, to discuss options of returning/ exchanging the jacket. Customer support is non-existent on either given number on the website (WhatsApp and phone). If you’re looking for an opportunity to spend your money, there are plenty of other labels in Milan.
