★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È sempre difficile fare shopping in questa zona, spesso ci sono commesse antipatiche che ti guardano dall'alto in basso. Invece qui ho trovato professionalitá e gentilezza. Francesca nello specifico è stata fantastica!!! Mi ha guidata e consigliata ed ho trovato una mise top! Sono molto contenta dei miei acquisti e tornerò di certo in questo negozio!
 It is always difficult to shop in this area, often there are nasty shop assistants looking down on you. Instead here I found professionalism and kindness. Francesca specifically was fantastic !!! He guided and advised me and I found a top! I am very happy with my purchases and I will definitely come back to this shop!

Sulla qualità del marchio e dei tessuti nulla da dire ....certezza da sempre.
Ogni volta che ci vado mi sento coccolata, viziata e ben consigliata... tutte le commesse che vi lavorano sono gentili, sorridenti e molto competenti. Trovo sempre cordialità e ottima guida negli acquisti, oltre a un ricco assortimento di capi, ma la mia personal shopper è Natalya che intuisce le mie esigenze, sa valorizzarmi e si prodiga in mille consigli su come indossare i capi. Devo dire che ogni volta le mie aspettative vengono pienamente soddisfatte.
Pennyblack tappa abituale ad ogni cambio di stagione.

Nothing to say about the quality of the brand and the fabrics .... always certainty.
Every time I go there I feel pampered, spoiled and well advised ... all the shop assistants who work there are kind, smiling and very competent. I always find cordiality and an excellent shopping guide, as well as a rich assortment of garments, but my personal shopper is Natalya who understands my needs, knows how to value me and gives her thousands of tips on how to wear the garments. I must say that every time my expectations are fully met.
Pennyblack regular stop at every change of season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati qui perchè mia moglie cercava un cappotto. Assistenza dalla commessa Patrizia assolutamente TOP... Percepire la passione con il quale si è assistiti non è una cosa scontata. Alla fine il cappotto che cercava non c'era ma abbiamo preso altro. Straconsigliato per la professionalità delle commesse e un grazie speciale a Patrizia!
We went here because my wife was looking for a coat. Assistance from the saleswoman Patrizia absolutely TOP ... Perceiving the passion with which you are assisted is not a foregone conclusion. In the end, the coat he was looking for wasn't there but we took something else. Straconsigliato for the professionalism of the orders and a special thanks to Patrizia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never in my Life been so badly treated. Saw a coat earlier in the Pennyblack and wanted to buy it here when I came across the shop. I was looked at as if I couldn't afford their clothes anyways and was treated the same. When trying the coat, which was to Big They didn't seem to care to find a smaller size. They Just said They couldn't do anything. They said They didn't shop outside Italy and didn't Help me think of a way to get the coat. They said I had to find a specific site online to get the coat but didn't even care to say which one I could bit it so it could be shipped. Just plain rude staff if you do not wear Gucci and Prada to show you are a possible serious buyer!
