★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (DIOR MONTENAPOLEONE) Ero entrata al Dior da 20 min che nessuna commessa si faceva avanti, volevo comprare una borsa da 2000€, alla fine ho dovuto chiedere io, con tutta la voglia che ha quella commessa bionda di lavorare me l’ha fatto vedere, stavo mandando la foto alla mia amica nemmeno il tempo di alzare la testa ha già rimesso la borsa apposto.?
Chiedo un bicchiere di acqua, dice sì certo, dopo 10 min ritorna e fa finta di avere sentito nulla.
E niente dopodiché me ne sono andata, spendere 2000€ in questo modo la voglia non ne ho?

Veniva spiegato come viene creato il profumo e alla fine della visita si riceveva pure qualche campione. Grazie mille molto interessante. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti e riparazione Dior pessimo , mi hanno fatto aspettare quasi 3 mesi per poi, dopo varie mie telefonate, dirmi che non si poteva fare alcun intervento alla mia Lady Dior!!!!!
Bad customer service and Dior repair, they made me wait almost 3 months and then, after several phone calls, they told me that no intervention could be done on my Lady Dior !!!!!

Avevo solo bisogno di comprare un paio di scarpe, non ti porta via molto tempo, perché non mi hai mai ricevuto? Uno sguardo orgoglioso che era vergognoso.
