I like the crazy iblues style: joyful, original, and at the same time practical. The staff are some of the most helpful ever met in a downtown boutique. Come in and you won't be disappointed!

I accompanied my girlfriend to buy a dress for an event. We were greeted with enormous professionalism and kindness by Luana, who accompanied us to discover the world unknown to us iblues. What to say, fabulous experience, thanks to its cordiality and sympathy that we really won't forget. Will definitely be back ... thanks!

Firstly I am literally thankful to the young salesman who has recommended an amazing trousers for me which fits me perfectly with really nice and patient attitude.
Unfortunately the trousers had a little unravel on the back and there was currently no inventory in this size. The salesman behaved professional and claimed that they will offer us a discount for this quality issue. So then we went to the cashier together. He explained the situation to his female colleague there and asked for her support.
What happened then was completely out of my understanding and endurance.
The female shop assistant ROLLS HER EYES after seeing the quality issue on the trousers and said to me “we Maxmara NEVER makes discount!!! Either you take this broken trousers home or we sent it back to the supplier for rework.”which makes me totally disrespectful. Honestly I had really no sense about any discount, but was strongly offended by her attitude!! If she said: “sorry for this quality problems, we would rework a little bit on it in the store for you,then you can take it away but without any discount. ” I will be totally fine to accept this solution.
So I refused to buy it and left the store with my female friends and decided to buy the same trousers in Rome iblues!!
