★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incassata tra edifici civili, è l'unica rimasta delle sei chiese, dedicate agli arcangeli, che circondavano la chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore, l'attuale Duomo di Milano. Riedificata per opera di San Carlo Borromeo, è forse stata progettata da Galeazzo Alessi, anche se veniva precedentemente attribuita a Pellegrino Tibaldi, l'architetto preferito dal Borromeo.
Set between civil buildings, it is the only one left of the six churches, dedicated to the archangels, which surrounded the church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the current Cathedral of Milan. Rebuilt by San Carlo Borromeo, it was perhaps designed by Galeazzo Alessi, although it was previously attributed to Pellegrino Tibaldi, Borromeo's favorite architect.

Tranne che in quaresima, è sempre esposto il Santissimo Sacramento.si svolgono funzioni tutti i giorni.la facciata è stata da po restaurata ed adesso si presenta in tutto il suo splendore.
A few steps from the places of the exciting Milanese shopping, the church dedicated to the archangel Raphael is an oasis of peace, meditation and prayer. Except in Lent, the Blessed Sacrament is always on display. Functions are held every day. The façade has recently been restored and now appears in all its splendor.
