★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente spaventata e agitata dalle pessime recensioni per quanto riguarda il reso, fortunatamente condivido un’esperienza positiva.
Nulla da dire sul personale, preparato, gentile, disponibile e molto cordiale, che mi ha saputo coccolare e regalarmi un pomeriggio tra le scarpe che ho sempre sognato.
Tuttavia, non posso dire di essere così soddisfatta delle calzature in se, in quanto il prezzo non è giustificato, a mio parere e secondo il mio punto di vista, dalla qualità delle scarpe. Il modello di punta (Kate) è davvero il tacco più scomodo e mal costruito che abbia mai provato.
Ecco quindi che dopo averle riprovate a casa ho deciso di renderle in boutique, dove ho trovato un SA che ha controllato le suole davanti a me ed essendo completamente perfette non ha fatto alcun tipo di storie e sono stata rimborsata tranquillamente.
Leggere le recensioni non sempre fa bene, per tanto ho deciso di condividere questa storia che va controcorrente a tutte quelle ho letto nei giorni addietro.
Completely scared and agitated by the bad reviews regarding the return, fortunately I share a positive experience.
Nothing to say about the staff, prepared, kind, helpful and very friendly, who knew how to pamper me and give me an afternoon in the shoes that I have always dreamed of.
However, I cannot say that I am so satisfied with the footwear itself, as the price is not justified, in my opinion and in my point of view, by the quality of the shoes. The top model (Kate) is truly the most uncomfortable and poorly constructed heel I've ever tried.
So, after trying them again at home, I decided to return them to the boutique, where I found an SA who checked the soles in front of me and being completely perfect did not make any fuss and I was reimbursed quietly.
Reading reviews is not always good, so I decided to share this story that goes against the grain of all the ones I read in the past few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled long hours to get a pair of shoes and nobody in the shop even spoke to me, it seemed they were more interested in each other than my money ?♀️ Very disappointing experience, can’t even say it was shocking as didn’t receive one ? I was in the shop for good 10 minutes and left empty handed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice shoes and amazing consultants. Today I became Louboutin customer thanks to Davide who made nice team with Simon. Davide treated both me and my bf with a friendly attitude and high professionalism, giving helpful advice. This is a place where people are treated without any air of arrogance and models (e.g. for brides) are seducing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance, the woman working there, Francesca, remembered us as we walked in. Very helpful, very attentive, she assisted my girlfriend in finding the right pair for about an hour. Afterwards she gave her her phone number should she have any additional questions, concerns or any new purchases in the future. While the shop is small, they actually have more shoes in the back, such as the more classic heels.
