In the whole building only MAC, Clinique, and Dolce & Gabbana sales reps approached us, offered assistance or acknowledged our existence. This assistance actually helped in my decision to buy.... I dare not say "IT'S BECAUSE I'M BLACK" but it sure felt that way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to look at ladies fashion & shoe, all the staff encountered were rude. of our entire experience the worst was from my mum (who ended up buying a shoe from gucci) was not well attended to. when she confirmed that she wanted the shoe she had asked for a new piece. SA lied and said the box given contains a new piece but when my mum checked, it was obviously the display piece that she was trying. when she tried to ask for a new piece AGAIN, lots of nonsense and excuses given by the SA that my mum eventually gave up n took the shoe since payment has already been made and the mall was closing. dnt bother shopping here unless the specific piece u want is exclusively sold here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge shopping area about 7 floors. Each floor is divided into different famous and expensive brands. The top floor is food and it also has toilets.shop there if you have the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Department Store, especially around Christmas Time. Excellent selection of products. Very good service.
Food Department on the top floor was great. Gadget Department in the basement was interesting.
The Kaiten Sushi Restaurant was good too.
