I honestly would recommend dealing with her if you are ever in the store. Walked out with what I was looking for and within the budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here early just after visiting the big church and enjoyed an espresso and Cappuccino with a couple of desserts. It was pricey but in opinion worth the money to sit for 30 or more minutes, uninterrupted, and people watch. The only downside to this cafe is that it is considered outdoor, so prepare yourself for the second hand smoke. The drinks and desserts were very well prepared, tasty and I would sit and order again. Yes, like everything else GUCCI, you're paying for the name. Thanks for reading.

I've never been so well attended. The staff are very kind. Our seller, Giulia, was simply amazing: great energy, communicative and helpful. I really want to come back to Milano to shop with her again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A memorable shopping experience. Honestly, I was so surprised that everyone was so lovely to us in store. Justin was very patient and attentive with me. I went in for a belt and came out with a bag and purse too. Unfortunately I didn’t try my belt on properly so got the wrong size initially (make sure you try before you buy). Came back and exchanged it for the right size at the flagship store near buy, no issues whatsoever. Overall, really happy with all my purchases. Would definitely come back. ❤️
