β β β β β We bought a couple suitcases. Very pretty, but the handle mechanism on one of the suitcases broke after 3 or 4 regular uses in about one year. The company refused to fix it, and basically told me in writing to buy the part online and install it myself, because the warranty apparently covers almost nothing. Very disappointing.
