Premesso che definire i commessi annoiatissimi e apatici è un complimento, ho chiesto informazioni su alcuni modelli e per uno in particolare. Si può dire che la preparazione sui prodotti è "a quel che mi ricordo"...ogni tanto mi veniva aggiunto un pezzo che era stato scordato prima. E per finire, dopo aver comprato uno zaino di un certo valore, me lo ritrovo impacchettato in un sacchetto rotto. Chiedo gentilmente se era possibile cambiarlo, e mi ritrovo un sacchetto dentro l'altro e guardando perplessa il commesso questo mi risponde "te ne ho messi 2, l'ho cambiato quello rotto!". Peccato che una volta aperto il regalo, il sacchetto rotto era ancora lí, infilato dentro l'altro. Comportamento scorrettissimo e ritengo di una meleducazione estrema, oltre alla presa in giro. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia del prodotto, sempre di ottima qualità, sia del personale, gentile e preparato. Il ragazzo che mi ha servito,molto gentile e disponibile,mi ha mostrato vari modelli di vari colori e ha cercato anche quello marrone scuro col bordino azzurro che avrebbe potuto interessarmi. Mi ha lasciato un biglietto da visita col suo nome (Nicolò) e il codice del modello così era più facile risalire a quello. Ieri ho ritrovato proprio il bigliettino in tasca della giacca e,visto anche che la mia borsa mi ha lasciato definitivamente a piedi, sono andato dritto al negozio dove ho ritrovato Nicolò che mi ha mostrato nuovamente la borsa,abbiamo provato lo spazio del PC per controllare che ci stesse,mi ha mostrato le mille tasche e taschine,e l'ho comprata. Mi ha velocemente descritto la possibilità di essere inserito nel programma membership,e ho aderito. Oggi il welcome message via wtasp mi ha trovato molto gradito. Bravi ! Il negozio gestito da Elia e Nicolò, i due commessi che mi hanno aiutato a scegliere l'ennesimo zaino, è pulito e in ordine. Con pazienza e disponibilità mi hanno fatto vedere tutti i modelli presenti, illustrandomi tutte le specifiche di ogni singolo zaino, per permettermi di effettuare la scelta che rispecchiava le mie esigenze. I tried the via Dante store for the first time and I can reconfirm my positive opinion. The shop run by Elia and Nicolò, the two shop assistants who helped me choose yet another backpack, is clean and tidy. With patience and availability they showed me all the models present, showing me all the specifications of each individual backpack, to allow me to make the choice that reflected my needs.
