Inoltre tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, hanno sempre un sorriso per tutti. Ieri ho comprato un paio di stivali, il numero non era disponibile in negozio, e il commesso cortesissimo, ha fatto in modo che mi arrivasse in negozio dopo solo 30 minuti. GRAZIE di CUORE
 It is MY favorite shop. I always manage to find nice and comfortable shoes without fainting economically. Plus all the staff are extremely nice and helpful, they always have a smile for everyone. Yesterday I bought a pair of boots, the number was not available in the shop, and the courteous clerk made sure that it arrived in the shop after only 30 minutes. Thank you so much

Mi sono trovata bene con le ragazze che mi hanno servito che, nonostante la confusione che c'era, sono state davvero gentili e veloci quanto più potevano. Un peccato è stato trovare solo 2 commesse di venerdi pomeriggio dove una poverina cercava di accontentare quasi tutte le clienti facendo avanti e indietro portando le scarpe mentre l'altra indaffarata alla cassa.
Brand ottimo per la qualità ma un pó meno per il prezzo che lo trovato aumentato rispetto a una volta.
Well stocked shop is very neat.
I got along well with the girls who served me who, despite the confusion that was there, were really kind and quick as much as they could. It was a shame to find only 2 orders on Friday afternoon where a poor woman tried to please almost all the customers by back and forth wearing shoes while the other busy at the cash desk.
Excellent brand for the quality but a little less for the price that I found it increased compared to once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eventhough my receipt said I could return the shoes, they refused to take them back and even didn’t change them because at the time I had bought them, I took them without a box(I was traveling and didn’t want extra baggage). Not flexible, not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in love! They literally had all the style boots i was looking for, for almost have the price. They're mostly black combat boots or high top boots. They also have a 20% off. I got a pair for 70euros. They also have over the knee heels in red, gorgeous!
