Ho acquistato una borsetta nera. La commessa perΓ² mi ha incartato l articolo sbagliato, e ho portato a casa una borsetta di colore differente a quanto acquistato. Peccato che sono a 500 km di distanza. Sto passando la giornata al telefono, ma dal negozio non risponde nessuno

Sono obbligato a mettere una stella nel senso che le stelle sarebbero zero! Nn discuto il prodotto che nn conosco ma accoglienza piΓΉ che pessima. Certe persone nn meritano di lavorare. Sconsigliato.
I am obliged to put a star in the sense that the stars would be zero! I don't discuss the product I don't know, but the reception is more than bad. Some people don't deserve to work. Not recommended.

La boutique Γ¨ davvero strepitosa! Pulita, ordinata in modo molto preciso e soprattutto le commesse sono molto disponibili e pazienti! Una vera coccola visitare questo posto!

Purtroppo in un negozio centrale di Milano imbattersi con una commessa ineducata, inospitale e spocchiosa mi fa capire che la poca attenzione al personale forse Γ¨ un dettaglio poco importante. La gentilezza Γ¨ la prima cosa che conta.
Unfortunately, in a central shop in Milan, coming across an uneducated, inhospitable and haughty saleswoman makes me understand that the lack of attention to staff is perhaps an unimportant detail. Kindness is the first thing that matters.

The sale woman helped me to find something she was acting nice at the beginning and after I said I don’t to buy a certain item she became aggressive.. her name was Patrizia Sorrentino I came specially to this store cause not my first time to buy from this brand.. but after what happened today I changed my mind ... you can’t force ppl to buy but you can force your self to be nice because this how you should act with the others.

I bought a dress 4 weeks ago. I just took it out of the bag to put it in my dressing, and a button fell off. It's unnaceptable. I'm no longer in Italy and I can't get a refund but i'm realy dissapointed about that. I spent 1500 euros in the shop and i think that i deserve high-quality clothes, it's a shame. Shame on you.

5 stars for Silvia's service. She assisted me on a remote purchase, hunting down the item I was looking for across other Pinko's stores and eventually it was shipped to me in no time and in a super premium packaging too. Everything was handled remotely with courtesy and proactiveness, despite being the weeks leading up to Christmas. Great service Silvia!
