Looks much smaller from the outside. The actual sales room is in the basement. Bags can be personalized. Nice personel.

โ โ โ โ โ Negozio fornitissimo, ho avuto occasione di andarci per la sostituzione di una borsa che รจ stata regalata a mia moglie per il suo compleanno, sostituita avvenuta senza problemi, ma non basta, arrivata a casa e tolta la carta all'interno della borsa sostituita, si รจ resa conto che i bordi superiori dello Shopper sostituito erano troppo morbidi e tendevano ad afflosciarsi "cosa del tutto normale per il tipo di borsa" ha interpellato il negozio attraverso il Sig. Alessandro e la Sig.na Maria, nonostante fosse la seconda sostituzione si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e l'hanno accontentata.
Di piรน non si poteva desiderare, complimenti al personale ed al negozio!
Well-stocked shop, I had the opportunity to go there to replace a bag that was given to my wife for her birthday, replaced without problems, but that's not enough, when I arrived home and removed the paper inside the replaced bag, yes she realized that the upper edges of the replaced Shopper were too soft and tended to sag "which is completely normal for the type of bag" she consulted the shop through Mr. Alessandro and Ms. Maria, even though it was the second replacement yes they proved to be very kind and they satisfied her.
More could not be desired, congratulations to the staff and the shop!

โ โ โ โ โ Sono entrato con la mia ragazza in cerca di regali di Natale, personale accogliente e professionale peccato che il negozio nonostante sia molto bello fosse ghiacciato, troppo freddo!
I went in with my girlfriend looking for Christmas gifts, welcoming and professional staff too bad that the shop despite being very nice was frozen, too cold!
