Ci hanno addebitato una bolletta di cui non sapevamo nulla due anni dopo la rescissione del contratto, senza avvisare....senza una mail, una telefonata e per di piu' approfittando del fatto che l' addebito in banca non era ancora stato cancellato. RIVOLGETEVI ALTROVE, SERIETA' ZERO. Bad experience, I do not recommend to anyone. They charged us a bill we didn't know about two years after the contract was terminated, without warning .... without an email, a phone call and moreover, taking advantage of the fact that the bank charge had not yet been canceled. GO ELSEWHERE, ZERO SERIOUSNESS.

Ho un contratto business e in attesa dal 5 febbraio di un accredito di 600euro per un deposito cauzionale indebitamente preso. Non rispondono alle mail,e dopo lunghi tempi di attesa riesco a parlare al telefono con il numero verde. Ogni settimana da 3 settimane rispondo sempre che prima devo sollecitare io il rimborso, poi che devono fare dei controlli...e nel frattempo..io aspetto ! Non mi resta che agire per vie legali. Sconsigliata ! At the moment I can speak of a "bad experience". I have a business contract and from February 5th I am waiting for a credit of 600 euros for a security deposit wrongly taken. They don't respond to emails, and after a long wait I can talk to the toll-free number on the phone. Every week for 3 weeks I always reply that first I have to request the refund, then that they have to do some checks ... and in the meantime ... I wait! I just have to take legal action. Not recommended!

Il mio broker energetico Grow Up più volte ha segnalato che le mie utenze essendo azienda agricola dovessero andare al 10% di iva e avere scontistica su costi fissi per aziende agricole ma purtroppo nessun cambiamento. Continuo a pagare il 22% di Iva + nessuna scontistica su costi fissi area. PESSIMI. EVITARE. Estimated invoices not with real consumption. My Grow Up energy broker has repeatedly reported that my utilities being a farm should go to 10% VAT and have discounts on fixed costs for farms but unfortunately no changes. I continue to pay 22% VAT + no discounts on fixed area costs. BAD. AVOID.

Pagherete tre volte di più X farvi un esempio se adesso pagate 80,00€ Con loro pagherete 110,00€... Posso anche dimostrarlo... Definitely the worst supplier I have ever met ... Don't make contracts with them ... You will pay three times more X give you an example if you now pay € 80.00 With them you will pay € 110.00 ... I can also prove it ...
S	Studio Ventura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A distanza di mesi dalla stipula del contratto, inviate richiesta di garanzia bancaria di oltre 1000€ per delle bollette da 250€ mese (pagate tramite addebito bancario, mai un ritardo) . Robe da pazzi. Ovviamente disdetta immediata del contratto e... Bye bye. Months after signing the contract, send a request for a bank guarantee of over € 1000 for bills of € 250 a month (paid by bank debit, never a delay). Crazy stuff. Obviously, immediate termination of the contract and ... Bye bye.
