★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti. tutti gentili appena firmi il contratto, poi magicamente personale scortese. ho dovuto fare almeno quattro chiamate e attese infinite per non avere nessuna risposta soddisfacente.

 I tried to contact customer service. all kind as soon as you sign the contract, then magically rude staff. I had to make at least four calls and endless waits to get no satisfactory answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edison continua a chiamarmi sul telefonino per farmi offerte. Una volta addirittura per due giorni di seguito. Mai dato loro il consenso a contattarmi e non smettono, anche se esprimo il mio disappunto.
Edison keeps calling me on my cell phone to make offers. Once even for two days in a row. I never gave them consent to contact me and they don't stop, even if I express my disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io proprio non capisco le recensioni negative. Ho edison da anni sia per la luce che per il gas. Mai un problema. Servizio clienti efficiente e persone gentilissime. Quando ho voluto cambiare offerta ho eseguito la registrazione vocale senza intoppi. Bollette chiare e intuitive. Insomma tutto perfetto
Volevo aggiungere una cosa: il programma edisonville, si presenta sotto forma di gioco. Con questo programma si ottengono bonus e sconti in fattura anche piuttosto consistenti (Ho appena ottenuto uno sconto di 20 euro) legati alla permanenza in edison

Personale cordiale e chat online abbastanza veloce nelle risposte, ma purtroppo ho firmato un contratto di subentro telefonicamente e sono stata costretta a stipulare un'assicurazione luce quando non era obbligatoria. L'operatore mi aveva detto inoltre che invece di 7,50 euro/mese avrei avuto uno sconto a 3,90 circa euro/mese, e invece non è assolutamente vero! Putroppo avevo fretta e non ho controllato la veridicità di quanto detto telefonicamente, mea culpa. Ma lo trovo assolutamente scorretto e motivo per cui sconsiglierò Edison come fornitore.
I am very disappointed with Edison. Friendly staff and fairly quick online chat, but unfortunately I signed a takeover contract over the phone and was forced to take out light insurance when it wasn't mandatory. The operator also told me that instead of 7.50 euros / month I would have had a discount of around 3.90 euros / month, and instead it's absolutely not true! Unfortunately I was in a hurry and I did not check the veracity of what was said by telephone, mea culpa. But I find it absolutely incorrect and which is why I will advise against Edison as a supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato il palazzo in occasione delle giornate del FAI. Molto bello, imponente e notevole nei marmi e nell'arredamento. L'atrio è molto imponente, ma la sala più notevole è quella degli azionisti la cui copertura è una fantastica cupola di vetro in stile liberty. Molto bella e notevole è anche la sala del consiglio di amministrazione all'interno della quale si trova anche una fontana.
Visited the building on the occasion of the FAI days. Very beautiful, impressive and remarkable in the marbles and furnishings. The atrium is very impressive, but the most notable room is that of the shareholders whose roof is a fantastic Art Nouveau glass dome. Very beautiful and remarkable is also the hall of the board of directors within which there is also a fountain.
