We experienced Hintown through Airbnb and can only give a 2 stars stay: one for the convenient location and another one for cleanness. Communication was extremely complicated as on Airbnb you are redirected to Hintown (an unknown organisation) and replies are usually automated messages. When we had to check in we had to do it using Hintown website then we were redirected to the manager of Pisa and finally to the girl that left us the keys. As we walked in we were asked to pay a tax for stay (β€œtassa di soggiorno”) - which was never mentioned before and amounts for 4% of the total cost of your stay. Another hidden cost that is not specified in the description is that if you check in later than 8pm you can do it for an additional 30€. Finally you can read on Airbnb that every comfort is provided, however: shower without any kind of shampoo/soap, coffee machine without coffee capsules, and 2 toilet rolls for 2 people for a week (a bit optimistic I would say). For this reason I contacted the person that is behind Airbnb/Hintown which redirected me yet to another manager. I called him immediately and he replied as follows: 1) tax for the stay has to be paid by non residents of that town; 2) 2 toilet rolls is standard independent for length of stay or number of people; 3) coffee machine is provided but we had to buy the capsules; 4) he was sorry for the shampoo and he would send someone to bring it and 5) finally I could write everything that was said by phone to his email so he could take care of it. For the tax I immediately said that I am actually a resident of the same town where I was renting so on top of that he remembered that in Pisa the law is different and the tax has to be paid also by residents (the law is the law); for the coffee machine I took a picture of the house rules that you find as soon as you enter where is written black on white β€œcoffee capsules are provided” but they still didn’t provide any; indeed they came to leave us a body wash and two hand soaps (still no shampoo nor conditioner); after reporting all this by email I also requested an invoice for the additional and overall payment which took a week a continuous additional requests in order to receive it. Following this I reported everything to Airbnb which immediately sent a refund as this behaviour goes against Airbnb guidelines. Cherry on top, next to the apartment, there is a social cultural space (Mixart) which the last day of our stay decided to play loud music until 2am when we called the police. I definitely would not come here again and will avoid any room with Hintown.

Amazing location, great communication and service with the team and most importantly the room was comfortable! The bed was comfy, room clean, great water pressure and useful facilities. I will definitely be staying here when I return to Milan! Minutes from the Duomo and surrounded by shopping. Molto bene!

A complete SCAM, especially for apartment owners. They managed my apartment for 1 year and were a total disaster, completely unprofessional, to the point that I was close to calling the police as once the portier called me to let me know that my flat had been left abandoned, door open and keys on the table for 3 DAYS AND 3 NIGHTS. To whom do they rent to? Delinquents??? Home owners, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! They will leave your flat in a disaster, lose your keys, they will be difficult to work with, lie to you consistently, ignore you, refuse to appropriately reimburse damaged or stolen items. They won't clean the apartment properly (mould building up in washing machine, burnt food in water kettle!) nor keep it in any decent way. Their cleaning services are appalling, they let my washing machine rot, full of mould, and EVERY decent item that could be stolen from my apartment, GOT STOLEN, from the coffee machine to the toaster, the kettle got fully burnt, many items including pictures, leather items, were STOLEN and they refuse to reimburse me their value or even a fraction of it. Completely unreliable and borderline delinquents in the way they treat your property and you as a home owner. I am suing them. Stay away from these people.

We stayed one night in the Galleria, right behind the Duomo in Milan. I don't really know how to explain the place well enough! But I'll try list all of what I was amazed by: It's less than two minutes for the cathedral if you walk seriously slowly. It's near a McDonald's, open until 11pm... It's a small thing but useful to know... We arrived late at around midnight so they sent us a link that meant we had a completely private check-in. I got to the main door, pressed a button on this website, the door unlocked... I got to the next door, pressed the button on my phone for the door and it slid open... And then the final door to my room unlocked with the last button, this really is the future! Once we got inside, the place was spotless, had ice cold water in the complimentary mini bar, two free vouchers for breakfast... Everything was thought of. The bed and bathroom were incredible, the shower was one of those rainfall ones and even the shower gel smelt way better than most! And the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. On top of that, the air conditioning was super duper quick to change the temperature to the exact level you want... And the plug sockets had USB ports so everything could charge at once!!! Amazing service, unbeatable location, perfect inside.

I stayed in on apartment in Via Santa Maria Fulcorina in Milan, the apartment is really beautiful and has everything you need. The location is perfect, but the ALTIDO service was the reason why I would warmly recommend this company for a stay in beautiful Milan. They found a solution for all my problems and were always helpful, respectful and quick in answering my questions. Big Thank you to the team!
