★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. A little expensive. The place is very near Cadorna FS station and you can stop here to have a coffee or eat something. They are specialized in pastries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible food and equally bad service at the restaurant inside. We had ordered risotto and it was so bad we had to throw away one whole plate. The staff is not friendly at all and behave as if they are going you a favour by letting you eat there. Will never go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lure you in with a fabulous buffet of Italian “tartine” to go along with your aperitivo. when you sit down, they “forget” to bring them to you. When asked about it, they brought me an accurate selection of 3 fried dough greasy ones instead of the fresh ones. Pasticceria Villa, you could do better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pasta was watery, the pizza was not having much on it. We waited for both for a while. No alcohol free beer, no on the house crackers like for the other tables/people.
About 3 minutes after ordering I understood that not having shoes but sandals costs me crackers and decent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by for lunch. Had excellent trofie al pesto. Certainly al dente and not watery at all. The drinks and coffee were great. We wanted to leave but had to get some mouth watering pastries as well. Of course it's expensive. It's downtown Milan. If you want something cheap, go to a pizzeria.

I generally don't recommend meals in the vicinity of railway stations, unless you know the establishment's menu very well and / or are willing to maintain minimal expectations. However, this place looks sufficient as an option for a quick coffee and pastry.
