Non sapendo cosa rispondere, ti urlano come se fossero detentori della giustizia divina e tu tenti di ripetere qual è il problema e loro ti chiudono il tel in faccia! A te operatore che stai seduto sulla seggiola, cambia mestiere se non hai voglia di fare il tuo lavoro! Never have so far such a disservice! "Service providers support" absolutely rude. Not knowing what to answer, they scream at you as if they were holders of divine justice and you try to repeat what the problem is and they close your phone in your face! To you operator who is sitting on the chair, change job if you don't feel like doing your job!

Il 23/07/21 .mi inviano un sollecito di pagamento con mora di una bolletta pagata il 25/06/19 .ho dovuto inviare copia della bolletta pagata .ogni anno se ne inventano una .x fortuna ho tenuto tt le bollette della durata del contratto di 6 mese .attenzione alle truffe I canceled my contract a year ago and I keep getting bills. Very bad. I called the call center. They said they will refund me with a postal check. Never seen. On 23/07/21. They send me a payment reminder with default of a bill paid on 25/06/19. I had to send a copy of the paid bill. Every year they invent a .x luck I have kept all the bills for the duration of the 6 month contract. Beware of scams
d	diego Ilardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco trasparenti sin dall'inizio. Da dover spendere di meno rispetto al precedente gestore mi sono trovato una bolletta molto più alta, quasi il doppio! A richiesta di chiarimenti hanno sempre rifiutato un confronto e da qui anche un'assistenza inesistente! Non credete a quello che vi dicono perché propongono prezzi più bassi e poi omettono che ci sono costi di trasporto dell'energia molto più elevati (spropositato). DA EVITARE Not very transparent from the start. From having to spend less than the previous manager I found myself a much higher bill, almost double! Upon request for clarification, they have always refused a comparison and hence even non-existent assistance! Don't believe what they tell you because they offer lower prices and then omit that there are much higher energy transport costs (disproportionate). TO AVOID

Questo illecito addebito quivale ad un furto a spese del consumatore, società assolutamente da evitare! They made a mistake in debiting bills from the current account and for almost 1 year despite countless solicitations and admissions on their part they have not yet proceeded to re-credit! This illegal charge amounts to a theft at the expense of the consumer, a company absolutely to be avoided!

Davvero uno scandalo! Fate attenzione o state alla larga. Mai trovato un fornitore così scorretto e con un tale disinteresse nei confronti del cliente. After 2 years of incorrect gas bills with no response from customer support despite emails, phone calls and registered letters, I am still being charged with services that I do not have. Really a scandal! Be careful or stay away. Never found a supplier so unfair and with such disinterest in the customer.

Eppure avevo sollecitato più volte la fatturazione e chiesto chiarimenti sui prezzi che a loro dire non sono aumentati :( Excellent the first years now they do not send the bills or rather they send them after four months very high! Yet I had requested billing several times and asked for clarification on prices which they say have not increased :(
