★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono andata ad acquistare un prodotto per la mia bimba. Mi piace molto Jacadi come brand e i suoi prodotti li trovo comunque superiori alla maggior parte di quelli in circolazione. Purtroppo però oggi ho avuto un esperienza alquanto spiacevole in termini dello staff. Ho avuto a che fare con una dipendente del brand assolutamente impreparata sui prodotti in negozio, lenta e che non sapeva consigliarmi nulla. Quando andava a prendermi qualcosa in magazzino si dimenticava dei miei articoli prendendone altri per un altra cliente ricordandosi poi solo quando mi vedeva. Aggiungo che questa ragazza era in uno stato poco igienico in quanto evidente che non si fosse lavata da tanto, cosa inaccettabile in un negozio di tale livello quale Jacadi. Non essendo bastati tutti questi elementi una volta acquistato il prodotto me lo ha imbustato in maniera davvero incurante del prodotto appallottolando quest'ultimo nel sacchetto. Infatti ho dovuto tirarlo fuori subito e piegarlo e inserirlo correttamente di modo non si rovinasse. Nulla da dire alle colleghe che purtroppo non mi hanno servito. Un pò più di attenzione team HR.
Today I went to buy a product for my little girl. I really like Jacadi as a brand and I still find its products superior to most of those out there. Unfortunately, today I had a rather unpleasant experience in terms of the staff. I had to deal with an employee of the brand absolutely unprepared for the products in the store, slow and who could not advise me anything. When he went to get me something in the warehouse he forgot about my items and took others for another customer and then remembered only when he saw me. I add that this girl was in an unhygienic state as it was evident that she had not washed in a long time, which is unacceptable in a shop of such level as Jacadi. As all these elements were not enough, once I bought the product, he packed it in a really careless way of the product by balling it up in the bag. In fact, I had to take it out right away and fold it and insert it correctly so it wouldn't get damaged. Nothing to say to colleagues who unfortunately have not served me. A little more HR team attention.
