★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store had a pretty good stock of items and I had an appointment so I was helped immediately. The SA brought out two options really quickly and offered us water or coffee. She walked us around the store, and made suggestions. Not in a pushy way. I would say check this store out if you can.

I've been to many Gucci boutiques throughout the USA and just before visiting this particular location, I visited Gucci boutiques in Berlin, Germany, Rome and Florence, and this location is by far the WORST. There is no luxury customer experience to be had here. The staff is crass and lacks the etiquette one should expect when visiting Gucci..and in of all cities, Milan.
Unpolished staff, shopping next to counterfeiters taking pics and measurements for duplication purposes equate to an extreme hussle and bussle stress atmosphere, giving off the vibe of a flea market and not that of a luxury retailer.
Alternatively, you could buy Gucci in the airport and have a more posh experience. Even while purchasing high value items, they follow you throughout the boutique ready to pounce into action as if someone were trying to get away with theft.
Thieves, counterfeiters and actual "valued" customers walked the floors and are treated one and the same. No way, not for me.
I literally walked across the street to Prada and patronized Prada with my hard earned American dollars resulting in an awesome experience! They even gave me a beautiful gift in gratitude.
Gucci, YOU NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE AND DO SO MUCH BETTER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest store in Europe. Andrea (?) from men's department was extremely kind, patient, and helpful with helping my boyfriend find a jacket of his size that wasn't even on display yet. He went to the back many times to check for items that we wanted to see. He made our shopping experience very pleasant and memorable. I apologize if I misspelled your name, but thank you Andrea!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot express enough how amazing this store is. Romina and Andriana were so sweet, helpful, honest. If I come back to Milano, I will be sure to work with them again. The store itself I beautiful, spacious, and has many options. I ended up getting a pair of loafers for my fiancé back home in the US. Be sure to ask for tax free information and take your passport with you.
