Servizio pessimo. All'ingresso il ragazzo alla cassa mi dice di entrare che le commesse mi serviranno. Nessuno mi guarda nΓ© mi saluta o mi chiede se ho bisogno. Mi avvicino a una commessa per chiedere se mi puΓ² aiutare. Lei molto infastidita senza un sorriso nΓ© un saluto, lascia ciΓ² che sta facendo (prendere foto dei prodotti con un tablet) e mi segue. Il ragazzo alla cassa Γ¨ stato piΓΉ gentile, ma la spiegazione e la gestione del tax free non Γ¨ stata corretta. Mi Γ¨ stato parlato di uno sconto all'ingresso, ma al pagamento scopro che il prodotto che ho scelto ha un altro sconto applicato minore. La commessa che "mi ha servito" non mi ha ovviamente spiegato nulla, considerato che mi ha malapena salutato. Prodotti molto buoni, motivo per cui sono andata nel negozio. Ma preferisco comprarlo da un rivenditore piΓΉ gentile la prossima volta. Forse si renderanno conto di cosa significa avere un lavoro il giorno che non ne avranno piΓΉ uno visto che per come trattano la gente probabilmente prima o poi non avranno piΓΉ una clientela.
Bad service. At the entrance the guy at the cashier tells me to come in that I will need the orders. Nobody looks at me or greets me or asks me if I need to. I approach a saleswoman to ask if she can help me. She very annoyed without a smile or a greeting, leaves what she is doing (taking product photos with a tablet) and follows me. The guy at the cashier was kinder, but the explanation and handling of the tax free was not correct. I was told about a discount at the entrance, but upon payment I discover that the product I have chosen has another lower discount applied. The saleswoman who "served me" obviously didn't explain anything to me, considering she barely said hello to me. Very good products, which is why I went to the store. But I prefer to buy it from a kinder dealer next time. Maybe they will realize what it means to have a job the day they won't have one since the way they treat people will probably sooner or later no longer have a clientele.

Flagship ! Surely not. Went today for the sale and was held in a fake queue for 45 minutes despite it being below zero. Shop was empty, most clothes not on sale. Staff unhelpful, poor selection. Creating a fake air of exclusivity whilst your customers freeze is plain stupid. No one was happy about it. Shame on you Woolrich.

We found the flag ship store to be very well stocked up and good choice of winter jackets. Sales service was also good and helpful staff. However one point spoiled our overall purchase experience. The store staff complete the duty free documentation, however they ticket wrong box 'duty paid out in cash', although we did not receive any cash rebate. Also we were told to take the form to the Duty free office in La Rinascente. Upon queing for several minutes there, we were told that the office only processes duty free forms for purchases made in La Rinascente and not other shops. We felt that we were provided misinformation to get the sell by the staff and due to the incorrect form filled out we also couldn't even claim tax refund when crossing the border. I expect honest service especially from a flagship store.
