โ โ โ โ โ Per il servizio che avevo richiesto (oltretutto su un tessuto molto delicato) devo dire che il lavoro รจ stato fatto egregiamente e in tempi rapidi.
Per quanto riguarda il personale poi ho percepito molta attenzione verso il cliente :)
For the service I had requested (plus on a very delicate tissue) I have to say that the work has been done very well and quickly.
As for the staff then I felt a lot of attention towards the customer :)

โ โ โ โ โ Mi sono rivolta a loro per una banalissima cucitura su un copri piumone (di marca) che dovevo regalare. Mi sono accorta solo alla sera, dopo che lo avevo ritirato, che c'era un taglio ricucito dove prima non c'era. Non mi dilungo, ma farsi rimborsare (e solo del 50% del costo del copri piumone) รจ stata un'impresa e la ragazza con cui ho parlato รจ arrivata a usare toni volgari e molto maleducati al telefono. Ma la cosa peggiore รจ che non ho sentito nessuno semplicemente chiedere scusa per l'errore. Consiglio spassionato: andate altrove!
I turned to them for a trivial seam on a duvet cover (branded) that I had to give away. I only noticed in the evening, after I had picked it up, that there was a stitched-up cut where it hadn't been before. I will not dwell on it, but getting reimbursed (and only 50% of the cost of the duvet cover) was an undertaking and the girl I spoke to came to use vulgar and very rude tones on the phone. But the worst thing is that I didn't hear anyone simply apologize for the mistake. Council dispassionate go elsewhere!

The best tailor to modify, repair and calibrate clothes. The level of service is excellent and their attention to detail is high. Many luxury clothing brands in Milan deal with this shop to rate their suits

โ โ โ โ โ Siamo andati di domenica e contrariamente, a quanto riportato sul sito il negozio รจ risultato chiuso. Peccato, poca professionalitร da questo punto di vista per un negozio particolare e dedicato anche ai professionisti. Consiglio :telefonate prima anche se il sito non aggiornato ma fatto bene consiglia altro.
We went on Sunday and contrary to what is reported on the website the shop was closed. Too bad, little professionalism from this point of view for a particular shop dedicated also to professionals. Advice: call first even if the site is not updated but done well recommends something else.
