Understanding that I was visiting Italy for the first time from the United States and overwhelmed with all of the eye candy to be decided upon, the Prada staff extended hospitality (in numerous ways), support and applied zero pressure as I was going through my mental decision map! They sincerely wanted to make sure I truly happy.
It took me a while to arrive at my decision but I'm so, so happy with my purchase! In fact, I wish I'd gotten more!
I left with my purchase plus a beautiful gift annddd a fully charged cell phone which allowed us to get dinner immediately following rather than first returning to the hotel.
