★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop (check out those weird shoes for people with two toes or for camels). But why there’s an exposed toilet in the middle of the store?! I really needed to take a s*^% but couldn’t relax there. Also please reconsider your packaging into branded one. I got one sad white bag with no logo on it, disappointing (tip - big logo and freebies please).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing an email to complain your company after selling service. I bought a pair of pants in maison magiela Sant’Andrea milano. And I have only used ONCE after sitting normally and my sliver pants has wrinkles.
Next day I bought the pants into the shop , the staff Marco told me that It’s not damaged and asked me to send to a local laundry shop that they suggested.
However, few laundry shops told me the same that these pants are not able to be ironed or anything.
So I returned to the shop and told them that. However, they became very unhelpful by saying “ I am sorry sasha since you wore them once so I can’t exchange them “ moreover, I asked them to take a photo and ask the headquarter if they can exchange for me? And your staff Marco said “ don’t waste the time , it’s not gotta happened since it’s our policy “
But how can I know these pants quality is so bad BEDORE I wear them? And what means “ don’t waste the time?” I was kindly asked them to send email behalf of me to your company. But they refuse even to help me. And what kind of after-selling customer service they provide to me ?
