★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In November 2021 the building was under repair and the museum was limited to seeing the interiors, we didn't see any of the italian fashion, but it was free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a damm good place with gallery and exhibitions. We are here for the fashion week’s still Milano elegance exhibition. But the other paintings and exhibits are soo nice. Full of nostalgia experience and memories of those historical events and folk life in Milano in the past

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an extremely unpleasant experience today with the tall security man who was checking the tickets at the entrance. He was unbelievably rude: we were the only customers, the music was definitely loud and all of a sudden he showed up asking us not to talk during our visit (?) stating that our voice was bothering the employees at the front desk (??). We were actually barely talking and our tone was absolutely soft. I was with one of my clients from NYC, a very elegant lady who was just speechless. I immediately went to the entrance again and the other employees were so surprised and embarrassed: they said that it wasn't true at all and that the man invented the whole story with no reason. Employees should be trained to be polite and well mannered before being hired. That person ruined the whole experience.
