My wife and I were helped by Natasha Velazquez and we were just amazed by her patience, professionalism, dedication and customer service. She was wonderful, she took care of us make sure that we weren’t thirsty hungry or if we needed more drinks, I mean she was above and beyond. I would definitely will go back to Italy and I will definitely do my shopping with Natasha again, she made us feel so comfortable and like we were at home. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to shop. The customer service was amazing. We went their to buy a laptop bag for my husband. But we ended up buying so many other stuffs there as well. Pablo, who helped us with everything, is a wonderful person. He was very helpful and patient during the whole time. We didn't only buy cute things from there, but we also brought an unforgettable memory from this shop with us, which we will cherish for the rest of our life. We originally shopped there on August 22nd and we were supposed to pick up some stuff on the 23rd. Due to some reasons we couldn't make that day. So we went back on August 24th to pick up our stuff. When we were ready to walk out from the shop, Pablo said "before you leave we have something for you". Me and my husband Paul, we looked at each other and thought what it is. Pablo, opened the door of their private balcony at Burberry and said we have a surprise for Paul's birthday. We were so amazed and speechless at that moment. There was a champagne with sweets for us?. It was an absolutely amazing and memorable movement for us. Thanks Pablo and Burberry for giving us such a memorable moment in Milan. We will definitely be back again??!
