La responsabile che dice che fa questo lavoro da 20 anni si deve solo vergognare ...maleducata ,arrogante e senza scrupoli e nel riguardo dei suoi clienti,non ha saputo gestire una piccola situazione e dare delle spiegazioni ,capisco che c'è tanto lavoro con i saldi ma purtroppo questo è il suo lavoro, si vede che li manca la passione. Per una boutique come CASADEI direi che questa responsabile è un cattivo biglietto da visita.Noi di sicuro non torneremo mai più in questo negozio! SCONSIGLIATISSIMOOO
I have been a customer in this shop for many years. The manager who says she has been doing this job for 20 years just has to be ashamed ... rude, arrogant and unscrupulous and in regards to her customers, she has not been able to manage a small situation and give explanations, I understand that there is a lot of work with the sales but unfortunately this is his job, you can see that he lacks passion. For a boutique like CASADEI I would say that this manager is a bad business card. We will certainly never go back to this shop again! SCONSIGLIATISSIMOOO

Il prezzo poi viene calcolato da un prezzo più basso rispetto a quello venduto in boutique.
Senz'altro vale la pena comprare solo ed esclusivamente negli outlet.
Il servizio clienti poi impiega settimane per risponderti ( a parte una mail automatica che arriva subito ).
Negli outlet inoltre si possono trovare scarpe che nelle boutique vengono spacciate per esclusive e in edizione limitata.....

Did you know that in the outlets there are the same shoes sold in boutiques ???
The price is then calculated from a lower price than the one sold in the boutique.
Certainly it is worth buying only and exclusively in the outlets.
The customer service then takes weeks to reply (apart from an automatic email that arrives immediately).
In the outlets you can also find shoes that in the boutiques are passed off as exclusive and limited edition .....
It happened to me in Milan
