Entri compri quello che ti interessa ed esci, che è un pò lo scopo ad essere sinceri, ma si rimane un pò con quella sensazione di qualcosa di strano. La boutique di Firenze su tutt'altro livello per capacità di creare almeno la parvenza di un minimo di empatia con i clienti. Poi all'estero, specialmente Singapore sono su tutt'altro livello. Strano che in Italia si riceva un trattamento migliore dai multimarca nell'acquisto di un Omega.
 Well-stocked shop but certainly not sparkling for sympathy, very formal. You go in, buy what you are interested in and go out, which is kind of the purpose to be honest, but you are left with that feeling of something strange. The Florence boutique on a completely different level for its ability to create at least the semblance of a minimum of empathy with customers. Then abroad, especially Singapore, they are on a completely different level. Strange that in Italy one receives a better treatment from multi-brands when buying an Omega.

L’accoglienza e il servizio sono state all’altezza del Brand.

Service and courtesy lived up to expectations, I only went to the boutique to fit my Speedmaster strap to my wrist.
The welcome and the service matched the Brand.
In addition, they also polished the dial and gave me info about it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by today to pick a pair of watch for my parents anniversary, but the staffs in this boutique were very arrogant(surprising huh?). Definitely the worst Omega Boutique I’ve ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 0 if there was the option. Stopped at the store to question about my watch needing a cleaning /re-polish and the process. Well first of all you have to ring, No door man. The lady opened the door as if a bathroom door, barely even able to put her face in the open space! then asked if I had an appointment which I answered "no, I just have a question regarding my watch" and then she replied "you have to stay OUTSIDE for 5-10 minutes because she has already a customer!"
Professional behaviour and Customer service and respect , zero.
