ESPERIENZA PESSIMA! QUASI IMBARAZZANTE per l'azienda Balenciaga! e di tutto il gruppo KERING! Ho acquistato nel negozio di Santo Spirito (appena prima che si trasferissero in via Montenapoleone) un paio di scarpe Modello ARENA , pagate profumatamente, messe non più di 20 volte: cuciture che si sfaldano, gomma della suola che si sfalda come se fosse cotta, sconsigliatissimo Brand qualità davvero pessima. L' azienda vanta un servizio assistenza after-sale di cui solamente si riempiono la bocca e non appena emerge un problema con il prodotto inventano 1000 scuse. Non mi sarei mai aspettato un trattamento tale da uno dei marchi che dovrebbero essere tra i più prestigiosi del gruppo KERING. SCONSIGLIATISSIMOO! allego foto del dettaglio del prodotto e suola che come potete vedere il logo marchiato sulla suola è come nuovo (messe veramente 16\17 volte). Le cuciture sul fianco su entrambi i lati della scarpa si sfaldano e il difetto è perfettamente simmetrico, da ciò se ne deduce che è un palese difetto di fabbrica, stesso discorso per la suola che si sfalda esattamente in prossimità della cucitura quasi in maniera geometrica. I bought in the Santo Spirito shop (just before they moved to via Montenapoleone) a pair of ARENA model shoes, used no more than 20 times: seams that flake, rubber of the sole that flakes as if it were cooked, not recommended Brand really bad quality. The company says to clients that they have an after-sale service that they just fill their mouths with and as soon as a problem arises with the product they make up 1000 excuses. I never expected such treatment from one of the brands that should be among the most prestigious of the KERING group. NOT RECOMMENDED! I am attaching photos of the detail of the product and sole which, as you can see, the logo marked on the sole is like new (really worn 16/17 times). The seams on the side on both sides of the shoe flake off and the defect is perfectly symmetrical, from this it can be deduced that it is a clear factory defect, the same goes for the sole that flakes exactly near the seam almost in a geometric way.

Great service in this store. I called up to reserve two trainers and came into store to try both on and ended up buying one. They had all of my details just from my mobile number which is great as I had registered in London. One downside is that I bought a pair of the black socks and expressed that I needed a 39 and they sold me the 35-37... I only realised when I tried one on and saw it said 35-37 which wouldn’t make much sense as I bought size 39 triple S trainers. I was a little disappointed that this attention to detail was missed, but such is life.
