Typical shopping while black experience.... Apparently based on reviews, this is a nice store to shop at IF you're white or better said, if you're not black. From the moment security opens the door, you're rushed by staff that is oh so 'helpful' they follow your every breath and every move under the guise of offering 'service'. I literally couldn't even look at one case of jewelry without having the staff basically on my ass. I went to another floor, the 'body guard, FBI agent security appears. You move back, they radio someone else. I addressed the racism as subtly and politically correctly as I could, the sales lady just didn't get it. Then she starred telling me some nonsense about 'immigrants' in Italy (apparently blacks) causing problems. Of course blame immigrants for why I am a black woman shopping and have to be subjected to this harassment with a smile. The xenophobic cretins they have working at this store make me sick but were a great contribution to my personal research on the depths of white racism, self-righteous denial of such and the disdain toward blacks worldwide. Please only go to this store if you're Causasian, Indian or Asian (i.e. not if you're black). To be fair, most stores on this pretentious street in Milan, with tourists who look and don't buy, is only a fun experience to the extent I had to shake my head at the level of depravity in the human race. Funny enough they also have a plantation hierarchy. Many of them employ blacks on the low level security jobs by the door, sales persons are white. Sad.

There is no need to comment on their products .. they are simply amazing. What I would like to comment is the poor customer service. I went to the shop with my partner. We were looking for wedding rings. That day we wore Rick Owens (avant Garde style). When we entered the shop they gave us that Pretty Woman look “you don’t belong here”. I HATE when shop assistant of a shop believe they are superior to a client. Only when they assessed that I was potentially worth it as a customer (I wear Cartier bracelets) they started to smile and act like expensive “prostitutes” (forgive me for my statement but I am mad at them).

The saleswoman Ben ben was professional and welcoming, we did not find options for perfumes, a small and non-variety section, we came to buy perfume and only found one piece!

Great experience with a very knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced staff. Exactly what you'd expect when shopping at a Cartier or other high-end shop, but not always the case. They were able to answer a number of questions we had and took the time and provided advice to make sure we would be satisfied with our purchases.

Very disappointed! My husband bought a Love bracelet. Unfortunately it is too big for my hand and after wearing it for few hours to see how it fits I decided I have to exchange it with a smaller one. I called the shop and after 2 weeks of exchanging msg they accepted to call for a courier to pick up the bracelet in order to change it (I am not living in Italy). When they received it they did a quality check and appernerly they state that the bracelet has scratches and cannot be exchange. I have to reinforce the fact that I wore it for few hours in a day to see how it feels and if there is any chance to lose it (probably the scratches were caused by other bracelets). We are talking here about a 5k euros of 18k gold bracelet that you usually do not take off the hand, that I cannot wear. After all this they sent the bracelet back to me without the screwdriver and the original box - this is an unacceptable mistake for such a store. So after another few days I received the screwdriver and the box but in the end I am stuck with something that I cannot really wear. I will not provide the name of the sales person as I guess it is not her fault but rather the management who did not accept the exchange. All in all despite liking the brand so much I am more than disappointed about how this shop treats its customers.

Very friendly staff with a lot of pieces in stock. After purchase Champagne was offered. The staff speaks many languages fluent.
