★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a Buccellati ring which got completely deformed under a pressure of grocery shopping bags... what a poor quality for a xxk€ ring!!! Raised the issue at the shop, got completely mistreated by shop assistants and got charged 1k€ to get it fixed!!! Something that should have never happened in first place!!! If I buy an engagement ring, and can’t wear it during normal daily activities like carrying grocery bags, I rather not have it at all! VERY DISAPPOINTED with the “luxuriousness” of the brand and the rudeness of post sales department in Paris store.
