★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snob and not polite, they treat customers with no care and like they are a much more luxurious brand than they are. Too much for a company that never made significant movements in the watch industry. I have few of their watches but I will never buy one in the montenapoleone store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentlemen working there are nice bit will not sell any watch to you if you are not a “Loyal customer”.. As he explained “they-a have-a 80,000 loyal customers and 8000 who are valued and only the top 800 are worthy but they will decide who gets one”. My money is as good as any one else. Rolex definitely not worth it! I will take my money to Omega who makes a better watch and movement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a long time rolex collector i must say i was impressed by this boutique. Was my first purchase with them, and the service and collection available in store was second to none. I booked an appointment because i visited the shop during COVID time, was welcomed promptly and with a big smile from the assistant manager Daniela, Daniela showed me few amazing watches and i didn't manage to hold myself and leave the boutique empty handed, ended up buying a beautiful piece (number 14 in my rolex collection). Daniela was extremely well prepared, i have met few rolex sales people before and sincerely she really stands up in terms of technical preparation and kindness. I will certainly go back for my next watch! Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank the staff of the boutique in the person of Sasha for the excellent hospitality and advice yesterday. I chose a ladies watch, but I was also interested in men's models which were not available. Unfortunately, due to changes in plans, I was forced to leave Italy the next day and could not warn that I would not come for the watches. I was upset, but luckily I was able to buy the right Datejust from the Rolex boutique in Malpensa airport!) I will definitely return next time to Rolex Boutique - Pisa Orologeria, because the service and choice was much better than in other stores I visited last few month!
