After getting in, one of the employees told me that the tailor was pretty busy, but that I could wait βone momentβ and he would let me know whether it was possible or not. After more than 30 minutes nobody got back to me. After following up, the same employee asked me to wait βone momentβ again and didnβt apologize for the delay. Absolutely unacceptable customer experience, will definitely not return.
