★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri 12/10 mi son recato nella Boutique di Montenapoleone alle 18.30 circa, ho acquistato un portafoglio ed ho richiesto la goffratura, la commessa mi ha riferito che essendo "in chiusura" sarei dovuto tornare il giorno successivo. (Anche se è un lavoro che richiede meno di 5 minuti)
Oggi, al mio ritorno, mi ha eseguito una goffratura imperfetta (una lettera visibilmente meno marcata dell'altra), una volta fatto gentilmente notare, la stessa commessa ha inventato una scusa per giustificare il fatto, eppure non le sarebbe costato nulla sistemarla.
Non posso dare più di una stella, peccato.
Yesterday 12/10 I went to the Montenapoleone Boutique at around 6.30 pm, I purchased a wallet and I requested the embossing, the saleswoman told me that being "closing" I would have to return the next day. (Although it is a job that takes less than 5 minutes)
Today, on my return, she performed an imperfect embossing (one letter visibly less marked than the other), once politely pointed out, the same saleswoman invented an excuse to justify the fact, yet it would have cost her nothing to fix it.
I can't give more than one star, too bad.
