Dico così non tanto perché non conoscessi il negozio, il marchio o la sua qualità di prodotto ma per il personale. Avrei veramente passato altro tempo a chiacchierare con il responsabile che mi ha guidato nella scelta, cordiale e super disponibile e anche accondiscendente nella completata indecisione di una ragazza di 21 anni. Complimenti avete guadagnato un cliente: il mio futuro marito!!
 I came here to buy my best friend's graduation gift. Recommended by my father, a regular customer it was a great surprise. I say so not so much because I didn't know the shop, the brand or its product quality but for the staff. I would have really spent more time chatting with the manager who guided me in the choice, friendly and super helpful and also condescending in the complete indecision of a 21 year old girl. Congratulations you have earned a client: my future husband !!

Servizio IMPECCABILE!
Si é contraddistinta per competenza e pazienza nel sapermi indirizzare verso la scelta più opportuna, considerando l’occasione, oltre ad dimostrarsi molto gentile nel lasciarmi il tempo di valutare con calma la cravatta più adeguata.
Per quanto riguarda il prodotto non ha certo bisogno di ulteriori presentazioni: QUALITA’ assoluta e grande scelta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store a couple of weeks ago. I entered the shop to buy a new tie for my wedding next year. Normally I only buy Salvatore Ferragamo ties. For my wedding I wanted something special. Unfortunally, the two sales employees in the shop were not very nice and friendly. I asked some questions but I got the feeling they rather saw me leave than buying something. It is a shame, because the ties are nice.
