Unfortunately, it will be going away at the end of the year - the owners are getting up there, and are closing up shop ?
All that said, the environs are charming, the owners are friendly, the the aforesaid pasta is excellent (especially the brodo - it is magnificent).
Mind you, be prepared for some *serious* sticker shock - we're talking €30/plate.
So yeah, i'd not actually recommend you go there unless you can afford it, but if you can, it's really that good...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked away behind the iconic Montenapoleone street, Bacaro is an elegant spot to refresh during a busy day of shopping. The prices are steep, which is expected of the area, but the service is excellent and the food is truly delicious. I’d highly recommend trying the Limone pasta dish!
