I think I'm giving up on Dior. We received horrible service here AND at the Dior store in Barcelona, whereas every other luxury boutique over the whole Mediterranean coast have been excellent. Why such bad service, Dior? We came in here and asked to look at a bag. The blonde girl working puts it down without saying a word. Nothing about the features, what's good about it, what to think, snout, just silence. We ask if it comes in any other colors? "No". No suggestions about other similar bags in other colors, just "No". We point out that we have seen it in other colors on the Dior website, to which she corrects herself: OK, yes it does, but we don't have it (which is not what we asked). And just more silence, she looks bored and wants to go home. So we left and went to Fendi across the road where they were fantastic so we bought shoes, boots, and clothes from Fendi instead. Sorry, but there is no room for bad service at this price level, Dior.

Service was extremely poor and unfriendly, but they had the Dior slingbacks I wanted in stock so I guess that’s fine.

They have almost everything you can wish for at a Dior store but to be honest I rather went to Rinascente where Mattia Vezzosi was the best ever shopping assistant I have ever had!!!! Thank you! I would recommend him to everyone. He has the best style Tipps and all the patients.

One of the WORST service i’ve received in a dior boutique. After waiting 30 minutes outside (due to COVID) a young man who barely speaks english took care of me. I ended up buying bracelets and a pair of shoes, he said he couldn’t take the money so I have to wait for his manager. Well, after more than 20 minutes of wait the manager came and I paid. The next day I had to return one of the products for some reasons. The lady basically told me it will not be possible without the receipt. Luckily the guy from the day before was there and could solve this. He then apologized for not giving me the receipt on the day before…. After I’ve waited another 15min for the manager to come, I got A CREDIT STORE to use IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS and ONLY IN THIS BOUTIQUE….. Such incompetant people in this store.

Worst customer service ever, both the boutique and dior, neither are interested in post purchase customer service. Sadly a very poor experience with this store and the company. They don’t call back despite saying they will, they screen all calls so you can’t get hold of anyone who can help and they don’t answer emails. Much better experience with other high end brands,

Totally no service received and felt unwelcomed despite walking in with the intention for purchase of a bag. Had to approach their SAs to get their attention. Store associates look judgy - observing what you wear and shopping bags you carry prior to entering the store.
