★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 穿了一套普通衣服带着钱去买表，进店没有任何接待全程站着？？？店里唯一的中国人用意大利语告诉自己的同事这人肯定不买表以为我们听不懂？想要咨询别的款式，居然被告知我们店里什么都没有。区别对待顾客服务真好?
 I wore a set of ordinary clothes and brought money to buy a watch, and there was no receptionist standing there all the time when I entered the store? ? ? The only Chinese in the shop told his colleague in Italian that he certainly didn’t buy a watch and thought we didn’t understand? I wanted to consult other styles, but I was told that there was nothing in the store. It's good to treat customer service differently ?

Personale paziente super competente e disponibile; chissenefrega se sei in Montenapoleone, qua le persone contano. Location top class, super pulita e con Royal Oak formato gigante fuori dal negozio che segna l'ora per tutti i passanti: brividi! Un sincero grazie in particolare a Davide e Simone due veri maghi che riescono a spiegarti che, anche se impossibile a volte trovare il pezzo desiderato, questo brand resta un faro assoluto e brillante nello squallore commerciale di un mondo di pazzi. Da sinceri appassionati di orologi e non da venditori di auto usate. Occhi lucidi all'uscita: bello sognare alle 5 del pomeriggio: grazie mille ragazzi, un caro saluto da Bormio!
Entering this small and welcoming temple of top level watchmaking is like feeling at home. Super competent and helpful patient staff; who cares if you are in Montenapoleone, here people count. Top class location, super clean and with a giant size Royal Oak outside the shop keeping time for all passersby: thrills! A sincere thanks in particular to Davide and Simone, two real magicians who manage to explain to you that, even if it is sometimes impossible to find the desired piece, this brand remains an absolute and brilliant beacon in the commercial squalor of a world of madmen. From sincere watch enthusiasts, not used car salesmen. Shiny eyes at the exit: nice to dream at 5 in the afternoon: thank you very much guys, a warm greeting from Bormio!
