Feeling pleasure of luxury shopping experience turns out a severe battle! This LV boutique is always crowded, especially during weekend. For this reason, customers sometimes have to wait for a while until there is a seller approaching. Because of heavy workload, the employees are often exhausted, not really enthusiastic to support. I go there a few times each month, I could understand how many customers they have to deal with. I think the company should consider solutions to manage this problem as others brands in via Monte napoleone who resolved it very well. Anyway, the store is well-designed and similar to all other LV stores over the world.

Very unprofessional service. The level of English is very low. A lot of problems with communication and competency. It's really pitty for the brand.

Hello customer service, I will just like to file a complaint about a bad and unprofessional service from your sales representative lady in your LV store who have shown no sign of patience towards her customers and also from her not in the corrected attitude to profession way of dealing her job who does not meet up to my/our expectations ! I am sorry I have to announce this matter by sending this complaint. After talking to her understanding manager who did later apologized to us about the matter on behalf of her staff (her name I don't have to mention So I just hope the customers services should be more better in the future after this or in any others LV stores towards their customers! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience in a LV Store ever. First of all I entered with a baby buggy and there are some stairs in the entrance and no one offered help to carry it up even they saw I struggled, but I said nevermind. There was no waiting line at this time so I got a sales assistant called Rebecca. We went down because we wanted to check for swim shorts for my husband. She just pointed to the end of the store and said elevator is over there. I knew from previous visits where the elevator is, but if I didn’t know I would be lost because the elevator is a bit tricky to find. Again no assistance. Then my husband went to try the shorts and I had to ask once for another size and once for another color to try. While he was in the changing room, this sales assistance left completely. Not that she was waiting by the side to help or to assist. No, she left and when I searched for her, I found her sitting on the sofa talking with a colleague. This sofa was meant to be for customers to sit there to try shoes and I don’t find it fitting for sales assistance to sit there chatting while being with customers. When my husband finished trying the swim shorts, we went to her and asked her some questions about the model and the collection, but instead of answering, she always said that other customers are waiting. We first ignored it because it was confusing as she didn’t answer our questions, but then again she said that other customers are waiting but no answers about our questions. I told her I hat should we do a out the other customers, she said she has to go even it was obvious that we want to buy the shorts. So I told her, ok go what should I do? And she left without a word. I see this behavior very rude. Seems that she didn’t have knowledge about the products and not willing to assist. It’s not my problem if other customers are waiting, sorry to say. And when we left (sure without buying anything) we found that no one was waiting from the customers and that other sales assistant have been free. This Rebecca did a mistake because we wanted to spend some serious Euro there this day, not just for the swim shorts, but wanted to buy some other items too and if she checked my profile she would see that I’m a valuable customer, but sure won’t spend another Euro in this store

Nice store... But the staff wasn't very nice and definitely wasn't interested in helping my wife pick out a new handbag. She found one that she liked but no one would help her get it down off the shelf... Wouldn't go back to this location.

The manager and his lovely seller Greta doing a really great job in serving the needs of the customer and add value to the shopping experience. Louis Vuitton should really take care of employees like this.

They make you feel so privileged to even set a foot inside here! After several minutes before this even happens. What a wonderfully blissful, relaxing experience. Where you’re first greeted with smiles. A glass of your favorite champagne! Or, a San Pelegríno? Signor? Oh. Signor, it’s COVID and you must wait at least 20 more mins. That was just the beautiful young woman who meets and takes your name. Before another LV sales associate will help you eventually find you what it is you’re looking for. Or, perhaps you even know what you want and their website says it’s disponsibile? Meaning it’s available. This whole Louis Vuitton is the most unpleasant, stressful and an arrogant experience. This review is how it should have gone. Instead nothing like utopia. You are made to feel so privileged and should be grateful to be allowed inside to spend a lot of money for what? It’s ALL a name. A brand. A very expensive one with so very little customer service. I’m still waiting for my turn. Just like buying a lottery ticket to get a chance to spend a lot of your dough. COVID staffing reductions?! They now will say. Sure! The greatest and latest excuse. I’ll just chalk it up by saying, that I suppose my standards are quite a bit different than those reviewed here.
