Commesse quasi scocciate quando non gradivo l'articolo che mi presentavano, e non cercavo certo la luna! In più sono stato trattato con evidente boria e saccenza, nemmeno fossi entrato da Tiffany! Non è proprio il giusto modo di stare al pubblico!!! Intanto c'era una sola commessa per tutto il negozio, altre due sul retro a parlare fregandosene che ci fosse gente. Io avevo il bambino super coperto e non potevo permettermi di passare lì dentro la giornata e lui sarebbe bollito dopo un po'. Ho chiesto se la commessa fosse sola e questa con tono infastidito ha risposto solo: Sì! Come a dire? Non lo vedi? A quel punto me ne sono andata. Comprerò online perché le cose mi piacciono e mi trovo bene ma pessimo servizio in negozio! I went to the shop today (I already bought and the clothes are of excellent quality!) Mi è già successo 2 volte che ricevono il pacco, non notificano la consegna e il sistema non fa partire l'email per il ritiro. Entrambi le volte ho chiamato e per loro il pacco non era consegnato. 12 giorni per avere un ordine su Milano. I do not recommend using it as an e-commerce pickup point. It has already happened to me 2 times that they receive the package, they do not notify the delivery and the system does not send the email for collection. Both times I called and for them the package was not delivered. 12 days to place an order in Milan.

The items are good quality and the staff is very friendly and professional - there was a little hiccup with tax-free form and the store attendant made every effort to sort this out (and she did!). I'll return again.
