★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è ben fornito e meriterebbe un 4 ma la poca disponibilità e scortesia di una delle dipendenti abbassa la media. Dopo aver atteso a lungo il nostro turno ci ha detto che doveva andare via per motivi personali e dovevamo aspettare la collega che tra l'altro si stava occupando di bomboniere e giustamente ne avrebbe avuto ancora per diverso tempo.
Noi avevamo le idee ben chiare non le avremmo portato via molto tempo e lo abbiamo detto ma la dipendente non ha fatto nulla per farci restare. Anzi ci ha quasi invitato ad uscire.
Deluse siamo uscite dal negozio. Fortunatamente non tutti i negozi thun sono così!
 The shop is well stocked and deserves a 4 but the lack of availability and rudeness of one of the employees lowers the average. After waiting a long time our turn told us that he had to leave for personal reasons and we had to wait for the colleague who was dealing with wedding favors and rightly he would have had it for some time.
We had very clear ideas we would not have taken much time and we said it but the employee did nothing to make us stay. On the contrary, he almost invited us out.
Disappointed, we left the shop. Fortunately, not all thun stores are like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un negozio spettacolare per chi ama la thun con oggetti vari per tutte le occasioni il personale è sempre sorridente disponibile e ti sa consigliare cercando di accontentarti!!! e poi fanno dei favolosi pacchetti per cui chi li riceve oltre al regalo ammira anche la confezione!!! con un pacchetto thun di p.zza Wagner non si "fanno brutte figure" brave !!!!
a spectacular shop for those who love thun with various objects for all occasions the staff is always smiling and available and can advise you trying to please you !!! and then they make fabulous packages for which those who receive them in addition to the gift also admire the packaging !!! with a thun package of Piazza Wagner you do not "make a bad impression" brave !!!!

Personale sicuramente nn professionale poco garbato.
Differenza enorme rispetto hai colleghi di corso San Gottardo. Milano.
Senza ombra di dubbio la Differenza di una attività la fa il personale mai più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il solito negozio Thun con personale molto gentile. Gli oggetti in vendita sono i più vari, tutti ovviamente dell'omonimo brand. Durante il periodo dei saldi ci sono tante cose carine a prezzi abbordabili.
The usual Thun shop with very nice staff. The items on sale are the most varied, obviously all of the homonymous brand. During the sales period there are many nice things at affordable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena fatto acquisti (un pensiero per una bimba appena nata e un regalo per un’amica di mia figlia): staff molto cortese e disponibile. Sono riuscita a passare in negozio un pomeriggio in settimana e quindi hanno avuto modo di seguirmi con attenzione...immagino che durante il weekend ci sia molta gente e magari hanno meno tempo da dedicare ai clienti. Tornerò sicuramente per Natale!
I have just made purchases (a thought for a newborn baby and a gift for a friend of my daughter): very courteous and helpful staff. I was able to go to the store one afternoon during the week and therefore they had the opportunity to follow me carefully ... I imagine that during the weekend there are a lot of people and maybe they have less time to dedicate to customers. I will definitely be back for Christmas!
